Its Official, Minden Volleyball will host Ord in the C1-2 District Final on Saturday 29th at Minden High School! The winning team earns a trip to Lincoln for the state tournament! The game will start at 1pm.

Some members of the FFA chapter are traveling to Indianapolis to represent our school at the National FFA Convention. Yesterday, we stopped at the Twin Oak Elk Farm in Guthrie Center, Iowa. We were able to learn about elk production at the largest elk farm in Iowa owned and operated by a 20 year old female in agriculture! It was an amazing experience!

While this seems awkward after a loss, logistically speaking we have to get this information out now. Minden Volleyball will be playing on Saturday in a sub-state game. Time, opponent, and location will be determined tomorrow morning. A win in this match will give us the opportunity to play at the state tournament in Lincoln on Wednesday, November 2nd. Saturday to Wednesday is too fast of a turnaround to get t-shirts here on time. The store is currently open and will remain open until Thursday night at 11:59 p.m. See the link to the store below. Absolutely no late orders will be taken. Should we not make it to the state tournament all orders will be refunded. We are so very thankful for all of your support throughout this season!! Congratulations to our VOLLEYBALL TEAM! They start their sub district tonight at 7:30. They will play the winner of the Gibbon/St.Paul game. Then Adams Cental plays GICC. Then Minden vs Gibbon or St. Paul. The winners will play each other Tuesday Night at 7:00.

The Whippet Football Team will play their first round playoff game at Boone Central High School in Albion on Friday October 28th and kickoff is set for 7:00pm.
