1. Sun Safety
1. Wear sunscreen SPF 30 or higher and reapply every 2 hours, especially after swimming.
2. Wear hats, sunglasses and protective clothing.
3. Drink plenty of water....stay hydrated.

2. Follow pool and beach rules. Listen to lifeguards and adults.
3. Wear a lifejacket when boating or if you are not a strong swimmer.
