If you are interested in playing with your child in the Junior Golf Camp Adult/Child Tournament this evening, you need to sign up in the MCC Clubhouse by 10 am today. No late registrations will be accepted. The tournament is at 5 pm tonight, alternate shot.
Please consider attending the Whippet girls' basketball car wash fundraiser next Friday, June 13th at Rhynalds Auction - South (129 East 5th Street). The car wash will run from 11:00am - 4:00pm and it's a free will donation!

Due to poor weather conditions, we have updated our Junior Golf Camp location for June 3rd. Please spread the word, and enter through the east doors of the MPS Activities Building. No equipment needed. Water bottles are encouraged.

Minden High School will once again host the New West All Star Classic games for both volleyball and basketball!
Junior Golf Camp is this week! The session depends on what grade your child will be in next school year.
If you would like to sign up for the adult/child tournament, an adult will need to visit the clubhouse between 8 AM on Tuesday and 10 AM on Thursday. The tournament will be held Thursday, June 5 at 5 PM. No late registrations will be accepted.
Reminder: Boys Summer Weights starts tomorrow, June 2nd. We will start our warm-up in the commons at 6:59 AM.
Will Runions had a great state tournament with a 76 yesterday and an 80 today. He tied for 24th, 2 shots out from a medal. We are so proud of his golf career and his effort on the course this week! Congrats, William!

Plan for Summer Weights for Girls in Grades 9 - 12
For those of you new to weights (freshmen and sophomores who weren't in a weights class), we will be having an orientation day on Thursday, May 29th from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. This will be to go over core lifts as well as safety. For those of you who have done weights, we will start on Monday, June 2nd. Our plan is to go 5 days a week from 6 a.m. to approximately 7:00 a.m. Warm-up usually starts around 5:50 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will be weights days. Tuesdays and Thursdays will be speed and agility training. We will meet in the activities gym on Tuesday, June 3rd at 6:00 a.m. until the gym floor in the high school is ready (hopefully the next week).
FCCLA will be partnering with Pizza Ranch in Kearney this Wednesday evening (May 28) to raise money for our trip to Nationals. Come join us for a fun evening out and some great food!
