Students in animal science finished their unit on livestock nutrition by getting in the holiday spirit today. Students made reindeer feed using the Pearson square. Afterwards, they watched a Dirty Jobs on Reindeer Farming!

FCCLA is hosting a series of events dedicated to teaching young girls about self care. These workshops are for girls in grades 5-9, and will be presented by licensed cosmetologists. These third graders completed a Balloons Over Broadway activity. To go along with this craft, they wrote an opinion paragraph to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade show runners insisting that their balloon idea be added to the collection.
