Due to the adverse weather conditions predicted for Tuesday mid day through night, we are making the following changes for activities: 1. The girls basketball team will now leave for State Basketball in Lincoln at 10:00am on Tuesday March 4th. 2. Home Quiz Bowl Meet scheduled for March 4th is CANCELLED. 3. Speech Performance Night scheduled for March 4th has been moved to Thursday March 6th at 7pm. 4. NO EVENING ACTIVITIES allowed on Tuesday March 4th.

The Speech Team had a stellar weekend at the Voices of the Plains Speech Tournament in Holdrege. Minden had five champions in varsity and two in novice. In addition, the team earned a total of 39 medals and were team champions in varsity and the combined division.

Minden Speech had a fabulous weekend at two meets. Varsity headed to GI Northwest and earned 3rd as a team in a very competitive meet. N Althouse & S Cederburg were both event champs. Novice headed to the Red Raider Meet at Loup City and earned 3rd as a team as well!

The C1-3 District FInal matchup is set! Minden will host West Point Beemer for a trip to the Girls State Basketball Tournament. The District Final is set for Friday February 28th and the start time will be 7:00 pm. Doors will open to the public for entry at 6:00 pm.
