JV football at Lexington has now been cancelled due to ongoing lightning and storms.

The "Trick-or-Treat for the Food Pantry" event scheduled for tonight has been postponed until Thursday evening due to forecasted storms!
JV football at Lexington is currently delayed due to lightning. The earliest kickoff will be at 6:15pm. If there continue to be delays that would push the start of the game much past 7pm then it will turn into a cancellation.

Congratulations to Kara Suchsland and KayLynn Jorgensen on being named to the 2024 NCA Girls Golf Super State Team! This is an honor given to the top girls golf athletes in the state. We are so proud of their accomplishments this year, including individual champion and runner-up performances at the Class C State Golf Tournament.

Trick or treat! Tomorrow the members of FBLA, FCCLA, and FFA will be going around town collecting items for the food pantry.
The Whippet Bands had a great day at Minden Bandfest! Both the High School and Middle School Bands earned Superior ratings in the parade and the High School Band earned an Excellent for their field show!

There has been a recent string of thefts from unlocked vehicles during Minden events and activities. This is a reminder to always LOCK your vehicles and take any valuables with you when attending events. Please report to the Minden Police Department if you notice suspicious activity during school activities.
