FCCLA is hosting a series of events dedicated to teaching young girls about self care. These workshops are for girls in grades 5-9, and will be presented by licensed cosmetologists. All participants will receive goody bags and free giveaways! These events are FREE, but you must pre-register by scanning the code on the flyer. We hope to see you there!

These third graders completed a Balloons Over Broadway activity. To go along with this craft, they wrote an opinion paragraph to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade show runners insisting that their balloon idea be added to the collection.

Congratulations to the Minden FCCLA members who were recognized this week at the State Capitol for placing in the Top 3 at Nationals last summer! Allison Burchell was National Champion in the Early Childhood Challenge.
