Whippet volleyball fans, there is a new rule that is in place nation wide starting this season with regard to double touches. It is important everyone is aware of this new rule moving forward.

The Whippets were able to capture the Dusty Dog Dual Trophy today! We had a great day competing with the Dusters and seeing so many fans on the course! What a great way to start the season! A special thanks to Miss Cindi's Pizza Truck and to the Minden Country Club!

Congratulations to Ruby Rhynalds who was named the Volleyball Teammate of the Week last week. Gisele Guthard nominated her for always bringing up the team's spirit. We had many nominations last week. We are so grateful that our girls recognize their teammates for the "little things" which really are big things!! Ruby's name was drawn to receive a $5 gift card to The Corner Nook. 💜🏐💜

Just a reminder the deadline is today for 3rd - 6th grade fall volleyball!! These need to be in today to guarantee a t-shirt. On September 7th, girls in grades 3rd - 6th are invited to join the high school volleyball players and coaches from 1:30 to 4:00 at MHS for a skills camp.
