It was a fantastic day of music performances at the 2025 District Music Contest! Here are the finals ratings for Minden. Large ensembles that receive a 1 from all judges earn a 1+ rating and a plaque. Each small ensemble room judge can pick an outstanding performance and 2 honorable mentions. Ratings go from 1-5 with 1 being the best score you can receive.
District music here at MHS was a huge success today! This even took ALOT of work to plan and conduct. Thank you to Mr Stubbs for all of his organization as well as to the staff and parents who filled roles to make this event work. Great job to all of the performers today. We have some amazingly talented kids! GO WHIPPETS!!

No School 4.25.25 - Teacher Workday & District Music Contest
District Music Contest is taking place at MHS tomorrow!
Registration is now open for our youth girls basketball camp this summer🏀 Camp will be held on Monday June 16th and Tuesday June 17th at the high school. Registration will be open until May 21st - you can still register after May 21st, but a camp t-shirt may not be available.
Camp forms have been delivered to East Elementary and CLJ Middle School. We're looking forward to working with future Whippet basketball players this summer! If you have any questions, contact Coach Prososki at allie.prososki@mindenwhippets.org.

Please visit any MPS office for a Junior Golf Camp form. Camp will be held at the Minden Country Club on the mornings of June 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Forms are due May 16th. Open to kids entering grades K through 12.
