The Whippet Football Team will play their first round playoff game at Boone Central High School in Albion on Friday October 28th and kickoff is set for 7:00pm.
Come support the team as we are back in the playoffs for the first time since 2012!

Good luck to the MHS marching band today as they finish their season at the NSBA State Marching Contest. The band performs at 3:45 PM at Kearney High School!
What a day!! Congratulations to these girls on winning the SWC Tournament!! They had to battle all day and beat an extremely tough Gothenburg team. We are super proud of them and now are ready for sub-district play on Monday. Today was a great day to be a Whippet!! 💜🏐💜
Whippet football win tonight! Hard fought against a solid Cozad team. Now we await to see if we are in the playoffs. Whippets finish the regular season at 6-3!
A reminder to any student who signed up to take the ACT at the Minden testing site tomorrow, October 22: due to low numbers, our testing site was closed. If you log into your ACT account, you should have an updated admit ticket with the reassigned testing site listed.
Here is a quick update of some events for MPS Activities for the week of October 24th through 30th!
Minden High School will be the site for the C1-9 Sub District Tournament on October 24th and 25th! The Whippet volleyball team earned the top seed and will host Adams Central, GICC, St. Paul, and Gibbon. Please see the attached bracket for game time information. Minden will play at 7:30pm on Monday 24th. If we win that game, we will play in the Sub District Final on Tuesday 25th at 7:00pm. As a reminder NO PASSES of any kind will be accepted as this is an NSAA post season event. Admission for all spectators is $6 for adults and $5 for students. GO WHIPPETS!
