Minden FBLA is selling Valentine's Day Cookies this week before school and during lunch in the high school commons area! The deadline to buy is Friday, February 3rd. All proceeds will be donated to March of Dimes, a nonprofit that fights for the health of all moms and babies.

These Whippet musicians auditioned and were selected to participate in the UNK Honor Band and Choir Clinic today! They spent the day rehearsing music with other students and will perform in a concert to conclude the day.

The middle school girls wrestling meet scheduled for today at Grand Island Walnut has been postponed due to an emergency situation at Walnut Middle School. An alternate date has not been set for this meet. The girls team was on the way to the meet but will turn around and return to Minden.

Middle School Sports Reminders: The 7th and 8th grade boys basketball games initially scheduled for today against Cambridge have been CANCELLED. We did add a date with Lexington on February 21st @ Lexington Middle School 4:15pm start time. Both grades will play A-B and on 2/21 MS Girls Wresting: Reminder the first meet is scheduled for Friday 27th at Grand Island Westridge Middle School and is slated to start at 4:15pm.
