The Homecoming Parade Route has CHANGED due to a waterline break on the square. The whole parade will take place on Fifth Street, starting just before the square and continuing to the library! If you are planning to have a float in the parade, you can park on Nebraska Avenue West of Fifth Street and we will direct you from there. We will use the parking lot of the old IGA for the convertibles and bands. The coronation will still take place at the Opera House. Thank you for understanding.

Woo Hoo!!!! We had a lot of great Rhyme without Reason outfits today! The names that were drawn for the three prizes for Tuesday were Anila Cortez, Kate Boudreau, and Cade Harsin. On Wednesday, students need to act their ages!!! Sign up in Miss Oberg's room if you are dressed up on Wednesday in acting your age to be eligible for that drawing!

Great job to the trailblazers this season in the first year of our softball coop. The players and coaches really came together and it was a positive experience for all. The girls fell short to McCook 9-8 in a really great game at sub districts tonight. The players showed a great deal of improvement and really bought in to their coaches. We are very excited for what the future of trailblazer softball holds!!

Girls District Golf Update RESCHEDULED: the District meet initially scheduled for Tuesday October 3rd in Grand Island has been rescheduled to Wednesday October 4th. Start time for the golfers is 9am.
The Homecoming festivities start tomorrow! We are excited to see your school spirit!!!!! High school students, if you want to be eligible for the best costume each day, stop by Miss Oberg's room. Prizes will be given. Tuesday's theme is Rhyme without Reason. Partner up with others to create rhyming combinations. Example: One of you could dress as spaghetti and the other as a Yeti.
Good Luck to the Highway 6 Trailblazer softball team today as they open up Sub-District play at Patriot Park in Kearney vs McCook at 4:45pm. Good Luck Girls!!
