Whippet volleyball fans, there is a new rule that is in place nation wide starting this season with regard to double touches. It is important everyone is aware of this new rule moving forward.

This morning, MPS was notified of a potential situation in town. The Minden Police Department notified the school, and we went into our "secure" protocol for about 15 minutes today. During the secure protocol, our students and staff are required to remain inside the building. However, business continued as usual until the all-clear was communicated to staff.
Daily, our doors remain locked throughout the school day. As a reminder, our school and local law enforcement agencies are in constant communication as a means to keep our students safe. We appreciate all that MPD does for us, and knowing that our kids and staff are safe.
