The Minden HS boys and girls both claimed the Southwest Conference Cup Championships for 2022/2023! The SWC Cup standings include all of the conference competitions throughout the year to determine an overall Champion. This is the first ever SWC Cup for the Minden boys and the first Cup since 2013 for the girls. Congratulations to all of the participants, coaches, and sponsors for an absolutely amazing year. JOB WELL DONE!!

The Southwest Conference Boys Golf Championships take place today at Awarii Dunes at 10am. A big thank you to the staff at Awarii Dunes for hosting our tournament! It will be a great day for golf. Good luck to all of the SWC teams!

MHS freshmen participated in the South Central Nebraska Career Fair in Holdrege on Wednesday. They talked to many different employers and learned about college financing and making good first impressions.

Congratulations to the speech team on a 7th place finish as a team at the Class B State Meet. Grace Lee took 2nd in humorous prose and 4th in serious prose. Sara Shirley was 5th in poetry. Sam Cederburg was 5th in extemporaneous. It was a great day to be a whippet!
