The Minden Whippet Rocket League qualifies for the state tournament as the number one seed and unbeaten on the year! State will take place in Seward at Concordia University on April 27th!

The High School Midwest Track Classic at Gothenburg High School scheduled for today has been CANCELLED.
Congratulations to Megan Althouse for being selected to the 2024 Omaha World-Herald Academic Program - First Team West-Central Area. Thirty-six students were chosen from 656 applications to be First Team recipients.
BOYS GOLF RESCHEDULED!
The Boys Golf Invite at McCook has been rescheduled to Wednesday April 17th. The change was made due to forecasted severe weather on Tuesday 16th. The start time remains at 9:30am on Wednesday the 17th.
What a beautiful day for the Marsh Beck Track Invite!! It was a great day for track meet. A BIG thank you to all of the meet workers and student helpers. It simply would not be possible to host these meets without community helpers and support. Our Whippets competed with a lot of heart today! THANK YOU!!!

Congratulations to Ashtian Nielsen for signing with Fort Hays State University! Ashtian will continue his academic career as well as be a participant of the Shooting Sports Team!!!
2024 Honors night will be held on Friday May 10th at 7pm in the High School Preforming Arts Center.
2024 Graduation will be held on Saturday May 11th at 2pm in the High School Gymnasium.
Both will be streamed on the internet at the “Whippet Nation Network” YouTube Channel.

The boys high school golf meet scheduled for today at Hastings has been POSTPONED. At this point, a make up date has not been scheduled.
PARENTS: please encourage your juniors & seniors heading to prom to stop in at Bethany Home for five minutes to walk through to show the residents their tuxedos and dresses. It is a VERY special day for the residents! Students can stop by anytime between 3:30 and 4:00.
