MPS & Kearney County Health Services will be providing a Flu Vaccine Clinic at CL Jones Middle School and Minden High School on October 18, 2022 during school hours. In order to receive the vaccine at school, please complete and sign this consent form for your child to receive the flu vaccine. One consent form per student. CLJMS student progress reports (mid-quarter reports) can be accessed electronically on Powerschool. Teachers have made comments where necessary and grades have been updated. If you need your Powerschool username/ password, please email Mrs. Jensen at chelsey.jensen@mindenwhippets.org.

This is a computer-based assessment that our teaching team utilizes to monitor student progress and to guide our instructional practices to best meet your childās academic needs. This assessment tool will measure student progress in reading, math, language usage, and science. Students will be offered breakfast each morning prior to beginning their MAP assessment.
