No School

We have been tracking the weather forecast for Minden over the last couple of days.  We will continue to see colder temperatures for the remainder of the week.  Wednesday night and Thursday will be hazardously cold, with 45 mph wind gusts, a -45 degree windchill, and 2-4 inches of snow.  We want our students and staff to be safe.

We will end the first semester Wednesday, December 21st, with a regular school day.  We would not typically send out this message early, but the National Weather Service does not see a change in the upcoming conditions.   We also want to give parents time to make arrangements.  Please be safe and prepared for possible blizzard-type conditions on Wednesday night and Thursday morning.  We want to thank parents and the community that helped make a great first semester.  We appreciate your continued support.

Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
