A Little Bit About Me

I have been teaching Social Studies at Minden High School for two years. I grew up in Madison, Nebraska, and I am the oldest of six kids. I graduated from Wayne State College before getting married and moving to Minden in 2015.

I enjoy visiting with family. In the summer, we go camping and to the lake. I also love Italian food, the color purple, and reading - especially mysteries. Besides teaching, my other passion is Martial Arts. I have been involved with them for about 15 years, earning my 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo.  My favorite thing to do in my spare time is to support my students. We attend as many extra-curricular activities as possible.
